Two of 13 Recorded Clinton Deeds List Sale Prices So Far
Thirteen property deeds were recorded in Clinton between Aug. 21 and Aug. 25, but only two carried sale prices in Worcester County Registry of Deeds data as of this report: $80,000 for a Clinton property with no street address specified, sold to Digital Federal Credit Union, and $25,000 for a condominium at 25 Greeley St., sold to Clinton Savings Bank. The median among priced sales was $52,500. The remaining 11 deeds await price data, which typically appears within about a week of recording. A bank, credit union or mortgage entity was party to eight of the 13 recorded deeds this period.
