The period's top recorded sale was 420 Chestnut St. at $584,655, transferred from Charles Thanicha Jean to Washington Trust Mortgage Co. LLC. Three of the four priced sales named a bank or credit union as buyer. With most filings lacking price data, the available figures offer only a partial view of the month's market activity.
