Clinton deed filings show 11 transfers in five weeks, but only two disclose a price
Worcester County Registry of Deeds records show 11 property transfers in Clinton between Aug. 7 and Sept. 5, but only two disclosed a sale price: $41,000 for 8 Wittig Ct. and $130,000 for a Clinton property sold to St Marys Credit Union, putting the disclosed range at $41,000 to $130,000 with a midpoint of $85,500. Main Street had two of the period's 11 transfers; all other streets had one each. Seven of the 11 deeds involved a bank, credit union or mortgage servicer as a party, and deed records do not disclose pricing for the remaining nine transactions, limiting broader conclusions about market tone this period.
