ZBA Approves Porch Permit, Delays Big Daddy Case
Clinton's Zoning Board of Appeals approved a porch-expansion special permit and delayed a contested case. The board unanimously granted Michelle Gary a special permit to rebuild and widen her front porch at 16 Crown Street, finding the pre-existing nonconforming structure's setbacks unchanged.
