Eagle Nest Condo Sale Leads Modest Month for Recorded Clinton Deeds

Clinton recorded 11 property transfers between July 17 and Aug. 15, but only four had a sale price recorded, ranging from $25,000 to $399,900 with a median of $272,450. The month's top sale was 18 Eagle Nest, Unit 444, which sold for $399,900 to buyer Douglas McKay. Four of the 11 recorded transactions were tied to the Eagle Nest condominium building and three to 508 High St., while two others involved transfers into family trusts. With most transactions lacking a recorded price, the recorded data shows moderate deed volume but offers limited insight into overall market values this period.
