Clinton Records 13 Property Transfers in September, Most Sale Prices Still Pending

Clinton recorded 13 property transfers at the Worcester County Registry of Deeds from Sept. 11 to Oct. 10. Only one sale price had posted as of this report: a $408,500 sale of a condominium unit at 923 Ridgefield Circle, sold by Mark and Sherry Lawson. Pricing for the remaining 12 transactions, including deeds on Main, Berlin, Wilson and Orange streets, had not yet reached the registry, consistent with the typical lag in posting consideration amounts. Four of the 13 transfers listed the Clinton Town Treasurer as a seller, and bank or mortgage-related entities appeared as parties in several others. With prices largely pending, the month's overall price trend cannot yet be assessed from available data.
