Clinton Public Schools' athletics department says the required parent/guardian and student-athlete meeting for winter sports will be held Monday, Nov. 23, from 6 to 8:30 p.m. in the Clinton High School auditorium. Winter sports practices begin Monday, Nov. 30, for junior varsity and varsity athletes, with Clinton Middle School winter sports starting Monday, Dec. 7. The dates follow the district's previously announced Oct. 1-15 winter sports registration window.
At the Sept. 28 School Committee meeting, Clinton High School honored senior Kyle Richardson as Student of the Month. Richardson, the senior class president, competes on both the indoor and outdoor track teams. He was also named a Commended Student in the 2027 National Merit Scholarship Program, placing him among roughly 34,000 students nationwide recognized for outstanding academic potential.
